As a GETJUICYLIPS customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies to all consumers who conclude a legal transaction for private purposes and do not act within the scope of their commercial or independent professional activity.
A. Cancellation policy
1. Your right of withdrawal
You can cancel the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. This period begins as soon as you or a third party designated by you (not the transport service provider) has taken possession of the last delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.
2. Procedures and deadlines
The cancellation period is met if you send the notification before the expiry of the 14 days. Please send your cancellation notice to:

3. Consequences of revocation
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except additional costs for a delivery method chosen by you that is more expensive than our standard delivery), promptly and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be made via the original means of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold any refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
4. Return of goods
You are obliged to return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days after declaring your cancellation. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Any loss of value of the goods must only be compensated if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, properties or functioning of the goods.
5. Instructions for returns
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging materials.
If necessary, use protective packaging to avoid damage during transport.
Do not return the goods freight collect.
